  • Are the Items featured genuine leather are real?
We are true consumer advocates  is undoubtedly the most important issue. We stand behind the genuine leather of the items you see on our website and all of our merchandise has been directly acquired from authorized manufacturers brand name. All the items come complete with original packing poly brand bag. The brand we are carrying is originally made by our partner manufacturer.
 
  • What are the acceptable methods of payment?
We accept all credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PAYPAL. For other modes of payment or bank transfers, kindly email us at perfectchic@gmail.com.
 
  • Will my personal information be secure over the internet?
Yes. At PayPal, they use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology (the highest standard in internet encryption technology) to ensure maximum protection of your personal and credit card information.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Shipping rates will be calculated at check-out. 

 

  • Does my purchase include Goods & Services Tax?

All prices are stated as is with no further taxes included. Free delivery/shipping charge for order of S$50 and above within Singapore. However, for delivery/shipping to any locations outside Singapore, you will be responsible for the paying of any and all import duties and local taxes including any administration charges.

 

  • When will I receive my order?
Purchases that are in stock made for delivery/shipping in Singapore before 2pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) will be delivered/shipped 1-2 working days upon receiving payments. Purchases for pre-order and wholesale has a 7-10 processing day. 
For International delivery, it will take approximately 3-5 working days.
No deliveries will be made on the weekends or public holidays. 
*Please note that deliveries may be slightly delayed at times due to unforseen conditions like weather, traffic, etc. We seek your kindest understanding on this matter.
PAYMENT
Payment for your item(s) will be processed upon confirmation and check-out. You can use MasterCard, Visa or American Express for your payments.

 

  • What mode of payment does PerfectChic accept?


You can use Visa, Master Card or American Express. The payments are secure and processed via a PayPal gateway. Please refer to PayPal terms of use for conditions applying to payment processing services.

 

  • Is it safe to use my credit card?


PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to the PayPal site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches the PayPal site, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

 

  • How do I ensure that my credit card details are not saved?


Since your credit card details are entered on PayPal's payment gateway, we do not store credit card details.

 

  • What currency do you charge?


For purchases in Singapore, we charge in Singapore dollars. For any other country, the transaction is in USD.
